Harvey L. Goldberg, M.D.

Dr Harvey Goldberg | Cardiologist Manhattan | New York City | NYCDr. Harvey Goldberg grew up in a small town the natives call Queens.

Dr. Goldberg graduated with honors and a degree in Electrical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He then enrolled in Cornell University Medical College to obtain his M.D. degree, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Dr. Goldberg completed his internship, internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship training at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, Weill Cornell Medical Center.

After completing his medical training, Dr. Goldberg remained at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, working in the cardiac catheterization laboratory. His research interests centered on digital angiography and he authored over 20 papers. He subsequently went in to private practice, and in 1995 was one of the founding partners of New York Cardiology Associates.

Dr. Goldberg is board certified in Cardiology and Internal Medicine. He is a Fellow of The American College of Cardiology and American Heart Association. He is a Clinical Associate Professor at Weill Cornell Medical College, and Associate Attending Cardiologist at New York-Presbyterian Hospital.

He resides in New York City with his wife. The children, who have fled the nest, both live in New York City, as does his grandson. Dr. Goldberg will be delighted to bore you with stories about his grandson if you let him.
