Theodore I. Tyberg, M.D.
Dr. Theodore Tyberg has been a cardiologist at New York-Presbyterian Hospital and New York Cardiology Associates for the past 34 years. He attended the City College of New York and graduated Alpha Omega Alpha from Rush University Medical College in Chicago. Dr. Tyberg did his internship and residency at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, Weill Cornell Medical Center and a fellowship in cardiology at Yale University Medical Center.
Dr. Tyberg is the co-author of Hospital Smarts, a patient oriented guide to hospitalization. He is the Secretary/Treasurer of the New York State chapter of the American College of Cardiology. He is a Clinical Associate Professor at Weill Cornell Medical College and Associate Attending Cardiologist at New York-Presbyterian Hospital. He is the cardiology consultant for The Rogosin Institute- Comprehensive Lipid Control Center.
Dr. Tyberg is on the Board of Governors of the Center Alumni Council, has been president of the attending staff at New York-Presbyterian Hospital and a delegate on the general faculty council.
